Once again, our IB science students demonstrated their rigorous research skills and their increasing confidence in delivering oral presentations in this year's group 4 IB Science Fair. 

Students took on collaborative projects on the theme of 'Mission to Mars'  focusing on how humans could travel to, colonise, cultivate and terraform Mars in the future.

Prizes were awarded by guest judges from Thanet Earth, Fuji Film, Cummins, the University of Kent and the Mayor of Broadstairs.

 The IB Science Fair is just one of a whole host of STEM enrichment activities offered at Dane Court Sixth Form, from our advanced biology dissection club to problem-solving Olympiads.
