Dane Court Grammar School is a mixed, six form entry Foundation Grammar school of over 1100 students. Set in spacious grounds on the outskirts of Broadstairs, it occupies a position central to the whole Thanet Area and caters for those pupils deemed selective by the county's selection procedure.

With its well-equipped modern buildings and an experienced and caring staff of over 70 the school is in an unique position to offer a varied curriculum and a wide range of extra-curricular activities. We enjoy the use of spacious modern buildings and are thus able to provide facilities which are second to none in the district. All departments benefit from dedicated teaching areas.

In addition to a well stocked library there are two assembly halls, two gymnasia and approximately 15 acres of playing fields. In particular our buildings are extremely well suited to the demands of the 2lst Century. We have ten specialist laboratories for the teaching of Science, three well equipped rooms given over to Design and Technology and 7 dedicated rooms containing networked computers for the teaching of Information Technology and Computer Science.
